About the role

Part-time or full-time licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD) position focused on telehealth services for older adults, fully remote in Connecticut. Sailor Health provides caseload management and administrative support, with flexible scheduling (7 days a week), wraparound patient support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
