About the role

Part-time or full-time licensed clinical psychologist positions (PhD or PsyD) for telehealth care focused on older adults in Vermont. Fully remote with caseload support, administrative assistance, and clinical team backing. Flexible schedule, fee-for-service (1099) or W-2 options, with patient matching and minimal boilerplate marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Vermont
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
