About the role

Part-time or full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Texas, delivering telehealth therapy to Spanish-speaking older adults. Sailor Health provides caseload, admin support, and a collaborative clinical community with language-concordant care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
  • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — Sailor Health handles it either way
