About the role
Remote, part-time or full-time therapy positions for independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults. Sailor Health covers administrative tasks, schedules patients, and provides clinical support. Fully remote with flexible, self-set schedules and a fee-for-service model; opportunities across 50 states with a geriatric focus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in North Carolina
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
