About the role

Fully remote, California-licensed bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy positions for LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth. Sailor Health handles caseloads, administration, and provides wraparound support, with language-concordant care and a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
  • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
