About the role

Remote, part-time/ful l-time therapist position focused on delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth in North Dakota. Fully remote with flexible schedule, patient load managed by Sailor Health, and support from Clinical Quality Leads and care navigators.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
  • Licensed in North Dakota
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — Sailor Health handles it either way
