About the role
Part-time or full-time independent license therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) to provide teletherapy to older adults. Fully remote with schedule you set, administrative support, and clinical team backing. Patients served nationwide (all 50 states) with Medicare-covered therapy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Washington D.C.
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
