  • Coordinate intake to matching with the right therapist and ensure patients feel supported throughout the journey.
  • Perform tasks across patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance to facilitate access to mental health care.

Qualifications

  • Empathetic and clear communicator with active listening.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple patients at different stages.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), and CRMs like HubSpot.
  • Mission-aligned with a passion for improving care for older adults.
