About the role

Part-time or full-time licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) needed for telehealth practice focusing on older adults. Fully remote with administrative support, schedule flexibility, and patient load management. Revenue model is fee-for-service with options for 1099 or W2 based on hours.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Hawaii
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
