Responsibilities
- Build the AI & data systems that automate workflows like collections, credit decisioning, cash application, and more.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience building product features with strong full-stack fundamentals and experience with modern ML or LLMs and evaluating output quality.
- Led or acted as lead to a team of engineers.
- Able to communicate technical solutions and tradeoffs clearly.
- Experience with startups and solving ambiguous problems.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate customer requirements into technical decisions.
