About the role

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top non-technical talent, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support company growth in Egypt.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. Drive the process rather than support it.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events to promote Bosta as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping and designing processes, for business positions.
  • Experience in hiring managerial level and above positions is a must.
  • Understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends.
  • Proactivity and ability to identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholders.
  • People skills and ability to build internal and external partnerships.
  • Strong multitasking and high level of organization.
  • Experience with an ATS (Lever is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking.
