About the role

In-house regional legal counsel advising across contracts, corporate governance, and compliance for Aleph Group in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts, and other legal documentation
  • Lead the preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for the company and its subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Oversee and ensure that internal policies, corporate acts, and documentation comply with applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions
  • Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and analysis to inform business decision-making
  • Provide legal advice and support to other departments and subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Manage legal and administrative documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex topics, presenting summarized findings and actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and guide junior legal team members, where applicable

Qualifications

  • Highest legal professional degree (e.g., Master's in Law or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience (in-house, corporate, or commercial law)
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes
  • Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions within Aleph Group
  • Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize findings on varied legal topics
  • Experience working in a regional, cross-border setting, with the confidence to operate beyond a single-market (EU-only) focus
  • Fluent English, strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of any additional EU language

Benefits

  • In line with EU Pay Transparency Directive, minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 59,000
  • Variable component paid annually; final offer reflects experience, skills, and scope of role
