About the role

Accountable for defining and advancing the global Veilance retail strategy, standards, and experience across regions, ensuring a globally consistent, premium guest experience across standalone stores, shop-in-shop, and pop-ups; leads cross-regional alignment to improve productivity, sell-through, client development, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Global Retail Strategy & Standards – defining the global Veilance retail strategy, frameworks, and standards; establishing benchmarks across physical environments; driving global alignment and adoption; primary accountability for retail consistency and execution quality; shaping the retail roadmap and improvements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in retail, commercial or marketplace roles within premium, luxury, or design-led brands; 5+ years’ demonstrated experience leading teams and/or projects
