About the role

Operator in the Decoration Services department responsible for operating machinery and ensuring customer orders meet standards and time targets in the ARC’TERYX Manufacturing & Distribution Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery used in the production process (e.g., heat transfers, embroidery, sewing)
  • Read customer order sheets to identify required services and complete operations
  • Communicate with team members and team leader to clarify discrepancies in order sheets
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure products meet standards before distribution
  • Collaborate with team to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, including safety protocols for equipment like pallet jacks and lifting boxes
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
  • Gain product knowledge and decoration techniques to advance skill and position in the team
