Responsibilities

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: you bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: you represent our values both in-store and in the community, stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: you develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: from processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English is essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
