About the role

Logistics Coordinator based in Greater St. Louis, MO, responsible for managing shipments and supply chains across a global network, maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor supply chains and shipments
  • Engage in regular communication with internal and external team
  • Ensure timely schedules for orders
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records
  • Manage inventory databases
  • Coordinate timely and accurate shipments
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
  • Identify and fix shipping errors
  • Receive orders and add to inventory

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with global logistics
  • Ability to work independently and to exercise high-level analysis, strategy, and judgment
  • Effective project and people managing skills
  • Experience using the Atlassian suite of products, specifically Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent organizational capacity
  • Research and analysis skills
