About the role

Senior-level practitioner bridging business, consulting, AI and data to frame high-value Data & AI use cases, drive adoption, and lead client engagements within Ekimetrics’ Data & AI Transformation Services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day relationship with business and CDO/CIO sponsors; understand strategic and operational challenges.
  • Frame high-value Data & AI use cases and translate business needs into AI opportunities, from AI ambition and roadmaps to Proof of Value and MVP.
  • Act as Data & AI Product Owner when required: own product vision and backlog, prioritize with sponsors, write/accept user stories, steer delivery from Proof of Value to MVP and production, manage delivery governance and planning.
  • Align business teams, leadership and ExCo around AI roadmap and transformation priorities.
  • Own business value and adoption of solutions: operating model, usage, impact measurement, Responsible AI and governance; challenge feasibility and industrialization with Tech Lead and Tech Engineers.
  • Contribute to Transformation Cockpit: maturity measurement, adoption KPIs and AI value steering over time.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary squad (Tech Lead, AI/Data/Software Engineers); apply DATS methods and tailor them per client.
  • Coordinate business side of the squad and monitor delivery and profitability with manager support.
  • Develop and share best practices, methodologies and DATS assets across the community.
  • Stay up to date with AI, GenAI, ML and agentic technologies and their business impact.
  • Contribute to internal AI initiatives, accelerators and thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for Data & AI transformation within existing client accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Contribute to account development, renewals and project scoping with the Partner.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals and pitches; support development of new DATS offerings and use cases.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and development of Data & AI Transformation talent; mentor junior scientists and interns; deliver internal AI/Data training.

Qualifications

  • Senior level with experience leading client engagements, coordinating a team and contributing to business development.
  • Hybrid business-tech profile; able to connect business value, data, AI/GenAI, technology and adoption; credible with sponsors and engineers.
  • Proven product ownership experience on data or AI products (backlog, prioritization, agile delivery).
  • Experience facing senior stakeholders and driving change or transformation beyond pilots.
