About the role

Detail-oriented, proactive operations professional to design, optimize inventory handling and order processing flows, driving seller efficiency and ensuring quality standards. Collaborates with Control Tower & Process Excellence teams and leads workforce productivity, training, and engagement to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily seller side operations to ensure timely and accurate pickup for optimum customer order fulfillment at targeted service levels.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of overall experience with at least 1+ years in leading teams.
  • Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
  • Experience of using Microsoft excel to analyze data and build POV.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Deep understanding of business and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead team and manage relevant stakeholders.
