About the role

In-House Counsel to support the EMEA region and ad hoc global legal matters, focusing on commercial negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners. Hybrid role based in London with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Work with other departments, especially Sales and Marketing, to achieve their goals
  • Review and approve sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards and guidelines
  • Manage and support procurement contracting workflows within Ironclad for routine engagements, including events, contractors, and ad hoc services

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited university
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (admitted to a bar and in good standing)
  • Fluency in English essential; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German) desirable
  • Transactional training and experience; drafting and negotiations skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume, repeatable work plus strategic/unique issues
  • Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, business-friendly, creative, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and with global colleagues; take direction as appropriate
  • Strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
  • Strong communication skills for customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Team player willing to take on responsibilities to support team, region, department, and company
  • 0-1 years PQE
  • Strong negotiation skills with legal and commercial issues
  • Prior SaaS/tech industry experience and negotiating with large corporations or public sector entities strongly preferred
  • Able to work from Recorded Future’s London office (hybrid role)
