About the role

Associate Technical Account Manager at Recorded Future focusing on learning foundational customer success processes, supporting a segment of accounts, and coordinating services under guidance of a TAM/Senior TAM. Requires in-office presence in Boston, MA 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer’s Primary Technical Use Cases/Needs
  • Support a portfolio of customer accounts for realizing value from Recorded Future’s products and services, as guided by a TAM/Senior TAM
  • Handle customer support escalations effectively (resolve or escalate further) achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Help to drive the customer lifecycle, orienting to the Customer Success Plan and adherence to the engagement model
  • Customer Engagement Support: Assisting, coordinating, and/or supporting customers and projects as determined by the Technical Account Manager
  • Maintain administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record with meaningful updates on routine customer interactions
  • Services Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling and preparation for delivery of licensed Professional Services and Advisory engagements as directed by the Technical Account Manager
  • Learning and Development: Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow; within 6 months, develop foundational understanding of company pillars, service offerings, and platform integration

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of fundamental intelligence concepts, frameworks and tradecraft, cyber security tooling, and SaaS environments
  • Foundational understanding of basic intelligence concepts and common security frameworks
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and a drive to learn quickly
  • Customer-focused growth mindset and boundless curiosity
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, information systems, intelligence studies, or related field
