About the role
Experienced recruiter to scale Baseten's marketing organization across functions including product marketing, demand gen, content, brand, and events. Partners with hiring managers and leadership to meet ambitious hiring goals in the product/AI infrastructure space.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: Own Marketing's hiring goals and process, from role kickoff through offer acceptance
- Sourcing: Build pipelines through targeted sourcing and creative outreach in collaboration with hiring managers
- Candidate experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer close
- Process improvement: Refine and scale recruiting processes to move faster while maintaining a high hiring bar
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup with big headcount goals
- Experience hiring across marketing functions (e.g. product marketing, demand gen, growth, content, brand, events)
- Experience recruiting for a technical product, ideally developer tools, infrastructure, or AI
- Ownership mindset: take responsibility for a team's hiring goals and fix what slows you down
- Strong organization, ability to run multiple searches simultaneously
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication
