About the role
Baseten seeks a Partner Enablement Lead to design and operationalize repeatable field motions with strategic partners, activate partner field teams, enable Baseten’s own sellers on partner motions, and measure program impact across hyperscalers, model labs, semiconductors, consulting/SI, and data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Activate partner field teams
- Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Measure and evolve programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar)
- Ability to articulate a joint motion end to end, including partner incentives and first customer meeting
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides (inference, model serving, GPU/token economics)
- Track record building playbooks, dems, training, and measurement plans
- Comfort working across teams inside Baseten and with large partner organizations
