About the role
Product Designer II focusing on Growth & Memberships, owning feature-level work to optimize onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention inside Brigit's app, partnering with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to ship and iterate data-driven, user-centered experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own key moments in the member journey: Create fast, intuitive experiences across onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention that reduce friction, build trust, and keep members engaged.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Design experience
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
- Experience designing consumer-facing apps, ideally something people use daily and trust with something important
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
- Experience creating highly accessible products
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes
- A genuine curiosity about why people do what they do, especially with money and the small moments that influence retention
