About the role
Senior Brand Designer responsible for leading and executing design projects to define and elevate Lambda’s visual identity and brand across marketing, product, and internal initiatives. Hybrid, in-person presence required 4 days/week in San Jose or San Francisco offices.
Responsibilities
- Be a key contributor to the creation and evolution of our brand identity - creating beautiful and intuitive designs for marketing, product, and internal initiatives.
- Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive brand and high-quality design outputs.
- Craft design assets across web, print, and presentation.
- Manage multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Experiment with new design tools to enhance the brand’s visual appeal.
- Help create and develop design processes that scale with the team.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems
- You are a hands-on designer.
- Expert-level in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and feedback clearly
- You are experienced with website design, UI/UX, presentation design, print design, event design, and social media design
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Love ideation, iteration, and attention to detail (pixel perfection)
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not required
