About the role

Senior GTM Systems Manager responsible for architecting and owning the go-to-market technology stack (Salesforce, Gainsight, Nooks, Clay, LLMs) and ensuring scalable, integrated workflows across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams with a focus on AI-enabled go-to-market capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end workflows and the GTM data model from lead to quote to renewal to expansion to ensure forecast and renewal reporting remains reliable as products and segments grow
  • Connect Salesforce, Gainsight, Nooks and Clay into a unified system and bring engagement, enrichment and customer health signals into Salesforce to sharpen deal inspection and renewal risk visibility with less manual input
  • Evaluate emerging GTM and AI tools and bring on new vendors to keep the stack at the leading edge, retiring what no longer earns its place
  • Retain builder DNA by shipping new builds and improvements while managing both internal teams and external Salesforce consultants
  • Partner with external consultants to execute heavier build work while focusing on architecture, design, and impact
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners to navigate competing priorities and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Salesforce, GTM systems or RevOps systems roles, ideally at an architect level
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce skills: Flows, validation rules, approvals and disciplined release practices
  • Architect-level design of workflows across pipeline, quoting/CPQ, renewals and expansion, with solid data model and governance
  • Tool & integration experience beyond Salesforce (sales engagement, CS, data enrichment tools)
  • Experience evaluating new software and bringing on vendors; familiarity with AI implications in the systems space
  • Proven track record of building systems that Sales and CS actually adopt and collaborating with business leaders to ideate and launch improvements
  • Ability to weigh build vs. buy vs. outsource and manage external consultants
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners and ability to navigate multiple priorities
