About the role

Contract role to evaluate candidates at scale by reviewing a high volume of resumes, assessing qualifications and fit, and making clear, confident judgments aligned with client and project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review a high volume of resumes per day to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Make sound, quick judgements aligned with client and project needs
  • Screen candidates effectively and accurately while meeting daily review targets and pipeline pace
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting
  • 1+ years experience using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs
  • Comfortable working against daily review targets and turnaround time expectations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working at speed
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating
