About the role

Role focused on post-sales enterprise deployment of Factory's self-improving software platform. Owns the deployed journey for strategic accounts, driving adoption, defining success metrics, and embedding with customer teams to turn their software development lifecycle into a Factory-enabled workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship for accounts from deal close, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
  • Immerse yourself in how each customer builds software, identify friction, and design a deployment plan to transform them into a software factory.
  • Get customers live as quickly as possible, then drive sustained adoption and consumption growth.
  • Work with executives and individual users to ramp usage with high leverage.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work, monitor consumption, and intervene early when usage dips or blockers arise.
  • Embed with Engineering and Product teams to turn field observations into native Factory capabilities.

Qualifications

  • An extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to a result.
  • A strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design. Ability to reason about how enterprises build and ship software.
  • Product manager's mindset: organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to rally engineers and stakeholders toward a solution.
  • Backgrounds that map well include technical product management at an engineering-led company, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering experience paired with customer focus.
  • Sharp product intuition and real user empathy, with credibility to work with engineers at customer sites and within Product and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Builder mindset with comfort with ambiguity, fast execution, and desire to build the function, not just fill a seat.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment with fluid roles and high ownership is desirable.
