About the role

Senior technical recruiting partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles. Focus on candidate-centric process, collaboration with hiring managers, and building AI-supported workflows to scale hiring for Huntress’ remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview plans, and keep searches moving.
  • Source and recruit candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess knowledge, experience, aptitude, and alignment on compensation.
  • Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting updates and reports to inform pipeline and hiring decisions.
  • Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting, sharing reusable practices with the team.
  • Manage online job postings and related social media content.

Qualifications

  • Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
  • Experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent; cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, screening and evaluating technical candidates.
  • Comfortable owning multiple requisitions simultaneously with a candidate-centric process.
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top engineering talent; Ruby on Rails recruiting experience a bonus.
  • Familiar with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse; experience leading Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding initiatives in tech.
  • Ability to use AI to enhance recruiting workflows and build reusable systems with attention to quality, privacy, and candidate experience.
  • Proven experience implementing creative sourcing strategies to build top-of-funnel metrics and maintain talent pools.
