Responsibilities

  • Own an ambitious, sustainable growth target for the region.
  • Win new logos, particularly lighthouse accounts, and drive wall-to-wall expansion across the existing customer base.

  • Build a Tokyo hub culture grounded in transparency, strong team dynamics, accountability, and psychological safety.
  • Lead and develop a multi-layered team, visibly investing in coaching and growth.
  • Act as a genuine bridge between Japan and JAPAC/global leadership, translating strategy and context in both directions.
  • Be an active, engaged member of the regional senior leadership team as well as the cross functional global leadership team.
  • Hold the standard we hold every leader to: how you lead people matters as much the results you deliver.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in direct SaaS sales within enterprise segments.
  • A demonstrable partner sales track record, including co-sell motions for new logo acquisition and subsidiary expansion into TSE-listed groups.
