About the role

Senior Software Engineer to design and scale the Autonomous Ops & Maintenance (ATOM) platform, developing AI-driven components and fault-tolerant, scalable systems for automating operations and software maintenance in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a greenfield initiative from inception to scale, shaping foundational product architecture, engaging directly with users to refine early concepts
  • Build mission-critical solutions that customers depend on daily
  • Build fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable solutions running in multi-tenant environments

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience
  • BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Go
  • Experience building and operating production services end to end with ownership of features and components, reliability, observability, and operational quality
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
