About the role

Program Manager responsible for designing and delivering recruiting enablement training, including AI workflows, across global teams; develops e-learning, live sessions, and job aids, and manages content in the learning platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting onboarding experience and development track as programs in their own right — scope, design, delivery, and results
  • Partner with the Recruiting Enablement team on the roadmap, intake, and prioritization, bringing your own read on where the team’s gaps are
  • Design learning across the recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviewing and closing, including how teams apply AI to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication — and where human judgment still has to lead
  • Partner with our AI Enablement leader to bring AI programming to the recruiting team — translating broader AI initiatives into recruiting-specific training, and surfacing what recruiters actually need back to that roadmap
  • Build e-learning in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, plus facilitator guides, job aids, videos, and knowledge checks, using AI tools to speed up production
  • Facilitate live training, virtually and in person, for teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and coach subject matter experts to deliver sessions themselves
  • Support the rollout of new tools and processes with training plans, launch communications, and office hours that help people adopt them
  • Run our team's day-to-day work in Docebo, publish courses and learning plans, package SCORM content, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Learning Technology team on releases and escalations
  • Measure what's working through completion, confidence, and manager-reported readiness, and keep content current with clear owners, source files, and review dates
  • Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of the program — content refreshes, automation, and better measurement of what actually moves recruiter performance

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in instructional design, enablement, learning and development, or talent acquisition
  • portfolio of curricula, e-learning, and job aids, and experience running multiple projects
  • Skilled in Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline; knowledge of ADDIE or SAM
  • Engaging facilitator with ability to train experienced recruiters
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise learning management system (course setup, enrollments, SCORM, reporting)
  • Fluent with AI in practice for drafting, storyboard, assessments, media production, and efficiency gains
  • Understanding of where AI belongs in hiring processes, bias, candidate experience, and consistency risks
  • Ability to break complex problems into practical solutions using internal data and best practices
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable designing for global regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
  • Experience coaching people leaders is a plus
  • Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
