About the role

Lead Product Manager for GenAI at Envato, responsible for strategy and execution of customer-facing GenAI experiences to enhance creative workflows for designers, filmmakers, editors and creators. Role combines hands-on exploration of AI models with cross-functional leadership to ship distinct, high-quality products at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for Envato’s customer facing GenAI experiences, identifying where AI can meaningfully improve creative workflows and taking opportunities from early signals through discovery, launch and iteration.
  • Spend time understanding how creative professionals actually work, experiment with emerging models and tools, and build a strong point of view about where Envato can create something distinctive.
  • Prototype concepts and gain hands-on understanding of model capabilities (e.g., vibe coding or working with models).
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to turn opportunities into products that balance creative quality, usability, model performance, speed, scale and cost.

Qualifications

  • Experienced product leader who has owned strategy and roadmaps for customer facing digital products.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in generative AI and generative media; understanding of models, APIs and emerging capabilities to work with technical teams.
  • Experience using AI in own product work.
  • Understand creative professionals and creative work; ability to discern AI outputs that are technically impressive from those genuinely useful in finished professional work.
  • Commercially minded; comfortable using customer insight, data and experimentation to drive decisions and connect product choices to adoption, retention, revenue and cost.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a senior individual contributor role across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners and senior leaders, including Executives.
