About the role

Senior Manager leading software monetization operations within NVIDIA’s Worldwide Sales Software Operations, focusing on strategy, go-to-market enablement, and automated end-to-end workflows for software products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic, multi-functional initiatives across cloud, on-premise and hybrid SaaS/XaaS/Managed Services, ISV/CSP/Marketplaces; architect frameworks for offer enablement and scalable operational processes to ensure a smooth customer and partner experience
  • Understand requirements and drive business design framework including monetized and non-monetized evaluation, pre-general-availability and beta offerings
  • Strategize and develop business requirements for software systems, focusing on integration of automated decision-making functions
  • Employ advanced AI tooling and methodologies to automate operational workflows—from post-ordering through delivery and renewals

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in architecting Enterprise software processes delivery, including SAP, BRIM/subscription management, entitlement management, customer onboarding, licensing, cloud provisioning and applying AI to enhance customer experience
  • 12+ years of experience in software transformation projects; 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science or related field
  • Consistent track record of automating end-to-end order-to-delivery workflows
  • Experience driving product adoption/BI insights/tools in support of Customer Success needs and Renewals metrics
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for AI-integrated global business use cases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; strategic thinker who can also handle detailed execution; curiosity-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; self-starter; adaptable to change
