About the role

Technical Account Manager focused on NVIDIA compute technologies, networking, container orchestration and AI software stack, serving CSP and on-prem environments with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with NVIDIA Enterprise customers and internal users to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of working with servers architected for running AI models, associated networking and software stack
  • Take ownership and drive customer issues from inception to resolution
  • Build upon the opportunity to research new use cases with GPUs
  • Bring independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to customer experience
  • Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate and solve issues
  • Author and incorporate technical solutions into our knowledge base

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years system software development and troubleshooting experience, with strong program management and some customer facing skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented
  • Strong computer science concepts and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies
  • Professional-level communication skills, interpersonal skills with a passion to solve problems
