About the role

AI Engineering Manager to lead a Finance AI team at NVIDIA, driving AI solutions for Finance, vendor evaluations, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Partner with the CFO org (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement) to identify high-value problems and convert them into AI applications, agents, and automation.
Set the technical direction and quality bar for how Finance builds and ships AI, learning and shipping emerging technologies to the organization.
Stay hands-on by reviewing designs and code, making technical decisions, and setting engineering quality standards for agents, retrieval pipelines, and model integrations.
Own the technical evaluation of new external AI vendors end to end: define selection criteria, run structured POCs and bake-offs, pressure-test capability and cost, and provide build-vs-buy recommendations.
Scale the team's output as AI adoption expands across Finance by establishing reusable components, patterns, and standards to accelerate new use cases.

Experience leading engineering teams that ship production software (as a manager, tech lead, or player-coach).
Hands-on depth building AI systems and fluency in data and supporting architectures.
Track record delivering technology against real business problems, in finance or other data-rich, regulated domains.
10+ years in software/AI engineering, including leadership and owning technical delivery.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, data science, or related technical field; additional finance or accounting credentials are a strong plus.
