About the role

Principal Lead for Global Product Learning Experiences (PLX) within YouTube, leading strategic, scalable, AI-enabled product learning initiatives to translate product roadmaps into sales-ready learning content and to close knowledge gaps across global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Merge learning expertise with input from SMEs to shape learning initiatives.
  • Strategically drive the infusion of AI as the default build mechanism to shorten development cycles.
  • Oversee rapid production of standardized and tailorable product assets (one-sheeters, videos, Yoodlis, etc.).
  • Ensure core global modules are reusable while allowing regional teams to add local context.
  • Promote AI usage to simplify work (Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, AI-Native Asset Development) and coach junior team members on AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with instructional design principles and processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
