About the role

Head of the Product Learning Experiences (PLX) team responsible for strategic benchmarking of product expertise needs for sellers, learning agenda and delivery across Google, and translating product roadmaps into global, regional, and local learning strategies. Leads AI-enabled learning initiatives, partners with GCE and GTM teams, and drives scaling of learning programs globally while shaping AI-driven learning practices.

Responsibilities

  • Merge strategy and learning expertise with strategic inputs from SMEs/stakeholders. Utilize systems thinking to anticipate future changes in the environment and provide recommendations.
  • Drive the infusion of AI into best practices for development to compress development cycles.
  • Use strategic insights and outcomes to support scaling local programs and modules into globally scaled learning offerings, while ensuring modular content supports LT roadmap for Connect Learning.
  • Break ambiguous issues into work streams. Lead the team through regular business planning to deliver efficient learning solutions, and evaluate data-driven measurement frameworks that demonstrate behavioral change and long-term business impact.
  • Hire, build, and grow a high-performing team. Set goals, prioritize work, and support GLX-wide strategic allocation of resources to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with people or team management.
