About the role

Google’s GenAI and Gemini Partnerships team builds strategic, non-transactional partnerships to accelerate adoption of frontier AI technologies, from startup collaborations to ecosystem programs. The role focuses on identifying and structuring high-impact partnerships, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and scaling partnership frameworks with VC networks and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage early-stage startups to drive adoption of frontier models and structure, negotiate, and execute first-of-their-kind commercial agreements and pilot statements of work (SOWs) with clear technical evaluation criteria.
  • Establish and scale institutional partnership frameworks with venture capital and corporate venture capital networks to onboard high-growth portfolio companies into Google developer programs.
  • Run an efficient, parallel agreement engine by overseeing rapid, standardized business agreements and enabling deep technical benchmarking and co-development.
  • Guide partners in defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate the value of Google AI integrations, enabling co-marketing and launch opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Strategy teams to streamline administrative processes and resolve contract hurdles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 8 years with advanced degree.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional collaboration across management levels.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
