About the role

Solutions Engineer to enable Chrome in the agentic AI era, providing technical solutions, automation, data insights, and operational support across new product areas within the Chrome Scaled Solutions and gTech Users and Products teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME) to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting and scaling workflows for Chrome PA and ecosystem needs.
  • Serve as technical expert in critical feedback loop bringing in insights from partner, developer and user feedback channels alongside product metrics trends in collaboration with Product and Engineering to influence Chrome PA strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, best practices and guide engineering and product leaders as they plan their digital strategy, with clear implementation plans as it pertains to the web.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
