About the role
Google software engineering role focused on the AIGC Platform within Search, building scalable backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-first content workflows to deliver AI-generated content safely and efficiently to users at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and software solutions for the AIGC Platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++ or Python)
- Preferred: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance distributed backend systems and data processing pipelines
- Experience with AI/ML development frameworks and tools, LLM inference, agent-based architectures, and generative AI deployment
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, content recommendation systems, search technologies, or information retrieval
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
