About the role

Solutions Engineer role within the Chrome Scaled Solutions team (gTech) focused on enabling Chrome for the Agentic AI era, driving technical solutions, automation, data insights, and scalable workflows across partner, developer, and user feedback channels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical SME to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting and scaling workflows for chrome product area and ecosystem needs.
  • Serve as technical expert in critical feedback loop bringing in insights from partner, developer and user feedback channels alongside product metrics trends in collaboration with product and engineering to influence Chrome product area strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with Business Development, Technical Program Management, Product, Engineer, gUP Partner Engineering and gUP horizontal Technical Solutions teams to identify scaling needs to streamline Chrome partner and developer journeys and drive operational efficiency.
  • Drive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, best practices and guide engineering and product leaders as they plan their digital strategy, with clear implementation plans as it pertains to the web.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (minimum qualifications).
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
