About the role

Software engineering role focused on developing and enhancing Google Messages/RCS stack and related client/server systems, with emphasis on low-latency, high-throughput communication and cross-platform collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Profile, debug, and enhance our RCS protocol stack and client-side architecture to achieve maximum throughput and minimal latency.

  • Design robust systems capable of handling massive concurrency while maintaining seamless interoperability across global networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis and software design.
  • Experience with Android system-level development or application framework design.
