About the role

Google role focusing on AI-powered sales workflows and agentic planning to transform end-to-end planning, pipeline management, and forecasting across large customer sales. Responsibilities

  • - Pioneer an AI-powered planning agent to manage the ingestion of unstructured team and client artifacts and auto-draft annual plans.
  • - Drive pipeline simplification by redesigning the opportunity creation process and deprecating low-value manual fields.
  • - Architect continuous AI hygiene systems that monitor communication signals to automatically detect stale deals and prompt proactive pipeline updates.
  • - Launch agentic forecasting workflows that auto-synthesize pipeline shifts and market headwinds into executive-ready forecast notes.
  • - Lead complex cross-functional change management with Engineering, UX, and executive stakeholders to navigate platform migrations and maintain high platform adoption.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • - 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • - 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • - Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
  • - Experience with enterprise CRM systems, sales intelligence data pipelines, and business-to-business (B2B) sales workflows.
