About the role

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. The AI Technical Services team empowers partners and stakeholders to innovate with generative AI and open-source solutions, providing technical services that unlock the potential of GenAI and open-source software products.

Responsibilities

  • Enable developers, creators, and enterprises to effectively build on and leverage Google DeepMind Gen AI products and Gemini APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to shape future product roadmaps, translating partner feedback into actionable features.
  • Act as a product expert to guide, troubleshoot, and help AI startups launch successfully using Gemini models, APIs, and tools.
  • Design, build, and maintain internal support solutions powered by Agentic toolkits and Gemini Gen AI offerings.
  • Stay at the forefront of rapid advancements in generative AI, sharing critical technical insights with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience working with Generative AI models and related technologies.

  • US: $127000 - $182000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
