About the role
Software engineering role focused on designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML-enabled networking solutions for Google’s data center infrastructure, with emphasis on network hardware/software integration, scalable systems, and leadership in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work on the latest AI/ML networks for TPUs and GPUs.
- Work with hardware and software systems, programming the data plane and control plane for networking applications which drive the world's largest network infrastructure.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and enhancement of software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with network architecture, ethernet switching, software development and network infrastructure.
