About the role

Product Manager role on the CPX Surfaces team to shape the Google Wallet Android app, owning a significant piece of the product from discovery to launch and partnering with engineering in Singapore and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product goal and roadmap for specific surface areas within the Wallet Android app, guiding features from early ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Work day-to-day with engineering in Singapore and global UX teams to design, build, and ship high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Translate Wallet’s broader account-based goal into tangible mobile features that bring real value to users' everyday lives.
  • Leverage user research, market insights, and product metrics to prioritize what we build, balance trade-offs, and measure success.
  • Align with PMs and cross-functional teams across San Francisco/Mountain View/New York to ensure features integrate into Google Wallet and Google Pay ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience developing or launching features on consumer applications.
  • 2 years of experience with mobile product development within the Android ecosystem.
  • 2 years of experience building, shipping, and iterating on global consumer products.
