About the role

Solution Consultant role at Google gTech Ads Sellside, focusing on technical consultancy and support for advertisers across Google’s Ads products. Bilingual (Mandarin and English) with customer-facing responsibilities in Beijing/Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in day-to-day issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist clients in adopting new products via upgrades and migrations, and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations by providing documentation and technical guidance.
  • Work with sales and partners to provide guidance on data management and workflows.
  • Conduct analyses including data gathering, requirements specification, data analysis, model development, and delivering results to business partners and executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consultancy or technical sales.
  • Experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
