About the role

Google Cloud Partner Communications Leader responsible for omni-channel strategy and execution to engage, recruit, and enable Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem (GSIs, ISVs, and Channel partners) within the Google Cloud Partner Network (GCPN).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global, omni-channel partner communications strategy to effectively engage, recruit, and enable GSIs, ISVs, and Channel partners within the Google Cloud Partner Network (GCPN).
  • Establish a high-impact communication drumbeat to land strategic big bets, product updates, program changes, and partner success stories across major channels (newsletters, portal, social, executive keynotes, events).
  • Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership across Partner Sales, Product Engineering, Strategy and Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to align messaging and deliver unified global GTM campaigns.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing communications team, fostering an environment of continuous learning, strategic storytelling, well-sequenced editorial production, and operational excellence.
  • Develop metrics and measurement frameworks to track communication effectiveness, partner engagement, and business impact, leveraging data to continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or ecosystem enablement within the enterprise technology or cloud computing industry.
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams or direct reports in a global organization.
