About the role

Google's Large Customer Sales team helps advertisers, agencies and clients maximize customer success by delivering data-driven, AI-powered advertising solutions and strategic guidance. This role focuses on building relationships with executives in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) space, designing and selling AI-powered performance solutions across Google’s advertising products, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful collaboration.
  • Design and pitch data-driven AI-powered performance solutions (Search) tailored to customer needs, leveraging Google’s advertising offerings and storytelling to secure investment and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to drive adoption and revenue for AI-powered performance solutions (Search), optimizing clients' advertising efforts.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing ROI by monitoring and assessing the performance of AI-powered performance (Search) campaigns, delivering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in digital marketing, providing proactive insights and recommendations to ensure the team and clients remain at the forefront of an evolving landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
