Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive technical programs to identify, measure, and record frontier risks across next-generation Gemini models and Search integrations.
  • Establish and drive standardized new model launch testing suites, stress-testing workflows, and regression tracking to catch capability degradation or safety bypasses before deployment.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to embed rigorous frontier safety gating criteria and convert emerging attack vectors into permanent regression defenses within formal launch lifecycles while coordinating end-to-end mitigation deployment and infrastructure readiness.
  • Architect and automate real-time risk telemetry, reporting dashboards and narratives to provide executive leadership with clear visibility into residual risk profiles and drive critical launch decision-making.
  • Guide mitigation strategies across both model level and application level, ensuring safety outcomes across user endpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with data analytics and dashboard development.
  • Experience in AI/ML application, process design and automation.
